Information We Collect
In connection with our services, we may collect:
- Contact information: name, phone number, email address, mailing address.
- Identity information: date of birth and a government-issued photo ID, used to verify your age and identity.
- Background and screening information: results of identity verification and, where applicable, background checks, as described in our Anti-Human Trafficking Policy.

We collect this information directly from you — through consultations, intake forms, phone calls, and ongoing service delivery.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and manage matchmaking, dating consulting, and styling services; verify your identity and eligibility; communicate with you about scheduling, introductions, and your account; process payment for services; and, where you’ve opted in, send promotional communications.
Phone Number Collection, Use & Consent
We collect your phone number as a required field because it is essential to provide our matchmaking services, including scheduling introductions, confirming availability, and ensuring safety. Your number is used for these service-related purposes unless you separately opt in to promotional communications.
If you opt in to promotional text messages, message frequency will vary, message and data rates may apply, and consent to receive promotional texts is never a condition of purchasing any services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. For questions, contact us at (602) 755-7350.
Who We Share Your Information With
We share personal information only as needed to operate our business and provide our services, including with:
- Payment processors, to bill for services.
- Identity-verification and background-check providers, to conduct the screening described in our Anti-Human Trafficking Policy.
- Scheduling, email/SMS, and client-management service providers.
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where legally required or to protect the safety of you or others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and as required by law. Signed services contracts are retained for at least three (3) years after they end, as required by Arizona law. Government ID copies and background-check results are retained only as long as necessary for verification purposes and then securely deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including government identification, background-check results, and payment information, against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
